Checking in - CODE ENTRY:

Our buildings operate on a keyless entry system - access to both the building and your apartment is with a four digit code. The code will be the last four digits of your phone number provided in the confirmation above. 
We will send you check in instructions 7 days prior and 1 day prior to your arrival.  

Car Parking Reservation
Detailed parking instructions & directions will be sent separately 5 days prior and 1 day prior.

Exceptions to the above….

Rose St Apartments - there are separate codes for the Key Boxes - The code will be advised on your check-in instructions email.

Thistle St Car Parking
 - Entry-code access is not applicable for parking reservations at our Thistle St Parking Area located at the rear of Q Residence.

Access to Apartments:
Our company operates in accordance with the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 and the Equality Act 2010 and, as such, we encourage all prospective guests to talk to us about any special accommodation requirements you may have. 

Our properties have limited ground floor apartments and we do not have lifts in all buildings so apartments are accessed via stairs in the majority of cases.

We will be pleased to discuss our most appropriate accommodation solutions with the aim of making all guests' stay as comfortable as possible. Our properties have a good number of steps and limited ground floor apartments.

St Andrews Square Apartments has a lift however it is accessible from the first floor and there is around 30 steps to this level. Glassford Residence in Glasgow has a fully accessible lift from the ground floor. 

Payment: 

Your card will be validated at time of booking & full payment is taken 3 days prior to your arrival with the card details provided; with the exception of advance purchase & third party website reservations, see below.

Bookings with stay dates during the month of August; the payment will be 14 days prior to your arrival.

All third party website reservations full payment is taken 7 days prior to arrival with the card details provided, with the exception of advance purchase bookings, see below.

All Advance Purchase bookings are made on a prepaid, non-refundable & non-transferrable basis.

 

Cancellation: 

We operate a 3 day cancellation policy out with August for direct bookings. Bookings with stay dates in August are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy.

We operate a 7 day cancellation policy out with August for all third party website reservations; stay dates in August are subject to a 14 day cancellation policy.

All Advance Purchase bookings are made on a prepaid, non-refundable & non-transferrable basis.

 

Please note that reservations cancelled within these policies will be subject to full charge.

Parking: 

We have a few parking options available near to most of our apartments. Please keep in mind that our parking spaces are subject to availability and must be pre-book. The cost is £15 per day.
