Payment details:

  • Full payment for your stay is due 30 days prior to your arrival. We will be in touch to collect this from you if you booked directly.

  • If you booked our apartment through a booking site (booking.com, Airbnb or owners direct) then they will collect your payment as per our terms and conditions listed on their website.

Damage deposit information:

  • With all of our properties we do collect a damage deposit prior to arrival - prices are listed on our website and booking sites but typically it is £150 for our smaller 2 bed apts and £250 for our larger 2 bed apts. We collect this 3 days prior to your arrival and is collected via bank transfer. We will reimburse you within 3 days of checking out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.

Check in information:

  • Once we have received your damage deposit, we will then release all final check in information to you. This will include the full address of the property, apartment block front door code, key safe box code and location, parking information (if the property has an allocated parking space or local car park information if it doesn’t.)

Quiet hours:

  • Most of our apartments have neighbors so we kindly ask that you do respect them. Especially early in the morning and evening time.

  • Please note we do not allow parties, hen or stag do’s.
