Booking Terms

Check in is from 3.00pm & before 10.00pm and check out is at 12.00 noon.

Guests must bring the credit/debit card that was used to make the booking for verification on arrival.

A £1 pre auth will be taken from your card at the time of booking, this will shadow your account and will be available to you again in roughly 7 days when your bank releases it.

For standard flexible bookings payment will be required on arrival. Should you not settle this balance in person it will be automatically taken at midnight on day of departure.

If you book the "Advanced Purchase Discount" 100% will be taken upon booking.

If you need to cancel your booking, please be aware of the Cancellation Policy:

(Full refund) Free cancellation for bookings cancelled 3 days outside of the booking Any cancellations made within 3 days of the booking are charged in full (from 3pm arrival time)

All bookings within the cancellation period are Non Transferable

Any Advance Purchase Bookings are 100% Non Refundable (and cannot be exchanged for credit against future stays).
