(On Arrival at your campsite: Please check in at the Main Reception/ Bureau of the campsite for barrier code/pass. Your Kelair courier will be available to greet you and show you to your accommodation from 16.00 – 19.00hrs ONLY.

Arrivals before 16.00hrs: Should you arrive before 16.00hrs you can leave your contact number at the Kelair Reception. You can also use the campsite facilities while you are waiting to access your accommodation. Arrivals after 19.00hrs: If the Main Campsite Reception is closed – please go direct to the Kelair Campotel reception, where instructions will be left directing you to your accommodation. Your courier will then visit you the following morning. NEW FOR 2019 – CLEANING SERVICE

We are offering an advertised cleaning service on the following campsites: Sol a Gogo, Le Littoral, Sylvamar, L’Hippocampe & La Sirene, Castell Montgri, Cypsela, Vilanova Park & Playa Montroig. It will be dependent on the number of departures & arrivals that your couriers will have on the particular day, this is at the full discretion of our Couriers on each campsite.
