USEFUL INFORMATION BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

 

Payment Completion:
If you have reserved your accommodation online, you will need to complete your booking with the payment steps below. If you have already paid for your accommodation, please ignore the 3 payment steps.

1. Your accommodation will be reserved in the system for 72 hours until full payment is received.

Kennedy Towers accept the following payment methods:

  • Cheque
  • Western Union

Please contact info@kennedytowers.com to specify your preferred payment method. We will then provide you with the required details.

2. Once your payment has been received your accommodation will be secured.

3. Next, you will be required to provide our operations manager with passport copies of all the guests staying in the accommodation. This is required to notify the security guards of your arrival and to register your stay with the tourism department.

 

Directions and Checking In:
Our Check-In process is flexible and designed to accommodate arrivals at any hour after 3pm. Directions and arrival details will be provided by the guest relations team. If you have any issues accessing the apartment, please contact the assigned guest relations team member detailed below:


Check-in and Checkout Times:
The property will be available for check-in from 3pm onwards on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated before 11am on the day of checkout. Early check-ins and late checkouts are chargeable (AED 100/hour for apartments and AED 200/hour for villas) and are subject to availability. If required, please contact your guest relations team member as soon as possible to schedule in advance. If the check-in and checkout times are not honoured, the above charges will be made to your security deposit upon departure.

Access and Maximum Occupancy:
Unless otherwise specified, the maximum occupancy of this property is limited to 2 guests per bedroom. Passport copies of all guests must be shared with your assigned guest relations team member 72 hours before arrival to facilitate access to the property. Visitor access is limited and is subject to the rules of the residential community.

Accessing your Account:

To check on the status of your reservation(s), you can access the Guest Lounge at any time through the login tab https://www.kennedytowers.com using the email address and password you provided to make the reservation. Here you will be able to get an overview of the details of your booking and update your travel details for our record.

Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your stay, or depart early, after you have confirmed your booking, you must immediately advise us in writing. Your notice of cancellation is only valid from when we receive it in writing. Due to loss of income associated with removing properties from the market, the following cancellation charges are applicable:

14 or more Full refund less AED 5000 (for apartments) or AED 10000 (for villas)
7-13 50% of Total Accommodation Charge
6 or less 100% of Total Accommodation Charge
