Important information

 

Please note that we are a self-service apartment provider and do not have a reception.

Check-in is by appointment only. Please be aware that if we do not receive any information from you regarding your arrival time, we cannot guarantee that a member of staff will be available upon arrival.

Earliest Check in time is 3:30pm. For arrivals after 11pm, a late check in fee of 35 Euro applies. For stays longer than 1 night a 24 hour self-check in procedure is available.

At check-in a deposit of 150 Euro is required and pre-authorised to your credit card. The pre-authorisation will be cancelled after departure on returning the apartment undamaged.

Please be aware that there are 3 streets named Gärtnerstraße (German spelling) / Gaertnerstrasse in Berlin. When arriving by taxi or car please ensure that to arrive at Gaertnerstrasse 32 in 10245 Berlin (the district of Friedrichshain). Please double check the district and the postcode on your map or navigation system.

Wichtige Informationen

 

Wir möchten Sie freundlich darauf hinweisen, dass wir nicht über eine Rezeption verfügen. Der Check-in erfolgt über eine vorherige Terminvereinbarung und ist frühestens ab 15:30 Uhr möglich. Für Anreisen nach 23:00 Uhr wird eine Spät-Check-in Gebühr in Höhe von 35 EUR erhoben. Allerdings steht für Buchungen, welche länger als eine Nacht sind, ein 24-Stunden Selbst-Check-in-Service zur Verfügung, bei welchem diese Gebühr entfällt.

Erhalten wir keine schriftliche Antwort bezüglich Ihrer voraussichtlichen Ankunftszeit, können wir leider nicht garantieren, dass ein Mitarbeiter Sie unmittelbar bei Ankunft in Empfang nehmen kann.

 

Bitte rufen Sie uns in jedem Fall rund 30 Minuten vor Ihrer Ankunft unter der Telefonnummer +49 176 612 444 76 an. Wir werden Sie dann sehr gerne zur vereinbarten Zeit vor dem Hauseingang begrüßen.

 

Zu beachten ist, dass beim Check-in eine Kaution von 150 EUR per Kreditkartenreservierung zu hinterlegen ist. Die Kaution wird bei Abreise und nach ordnungsgemäßer Rückgabe des Apartments wieder freigegeben.

Bezüglich Ihrer Anreise möchten wir Ihnen noch mit auf den Weg geben, dass es in Berlin mehrere Gärtnerstraßen gibt, achten Sie daher bitte bei Ihrer Anreise darauf, dass das Apartmenthaus in der Gärtnerstraße 32 in 10245 Berlin (Stadtbezirk Friedrichshain) liegt.
