TERMS & CONDITIONS

All rates are based on two people sharing a room.

In order to secure your booking, we require a credit card number to be held. This booking can be cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in date. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Golf Only - A single room supplement may be applicable to rooms with only one occupant for golf rates.

Weather: No reduction or reimbursement for weather affecting a golf booking shall be allowed, except where the event is cancelled by the company.


Dinner can be pre-booked prior to arrival, or booked during your stay, there is no need to pre-order and no minimum numbers. Ask at reception or in the Pulse Bar for more details.

Please note that a credit card number will be requested upon check-in for

pre-authorisation from all guests. All members of The Club Company
must bring their membership cards with them to receive their discount.

Your room will be available for check-in from 4pm on the day of your arrival, however, you are welcome to arrive earlier to use the Health and Fitness Facilities. Our reception staff are on duty until 10pm Monday to Friday and until 9pm on Saturday and Sunday. Should you be arriving after these times please advise us prior to your arrival date.

Bank Holidays: The Opening times of our Main Reception, Health Club and Restaurant & Bar may be subject to slight changes between Christmas and New Year and on Bank Holidays. Please contact the Hotel directly for exact details prior to your stay.

Breakfast will be served in the Pulse café Bar Monday - Friday from 7.00am - 10.00am and Saturday & Sunday from 7.30am - 10.30am. We kindly request that all rooms be vacated and room accounts settled by 11am on the morning of your departure.


Last drink orders in the Pulse Bar are at 10.00pm Monday to Friday and 9.00pm on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

All adult guests of The Lodge are also entitled to complimentary use of the Health and Fitness facilities, which include Technogym equipped Gym, Aerobics Studio, Heated Indoor Swimming Pool, Spa, Sauna and Steam Room.

*Please note that children under the age of 16 are only permitted to
use the swimming pool between the hours of 3pm and 6pm on Saturday and Sunday. No access will be permitted during the week - Monday to Friday.

Behaviour: We respectfully request that you treat our facility with care and respect. This extends to the privacy and quiet enjoyment of other guests. Unruly behaviour will not be tolerated and individuals or groups failing to observe this condition will be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued should the booking be terminated in this way and group organisers may incur further charges, including the cost of refunding the costs of disaffected guests should this arise.

Damages and Breakages: You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the premises or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. In the case of non reported damages a report will be made on day of departure and an invoice prepared for the cost of making good damage or breakages caused. Such charges include the cost of cleaning soiled furnishings. In the case of group bookings the group organiser shall be responsible for the payment of such charges.

Lost Keys: A charge may be made for lost or non-returned room keys. The charge will reflect the cost of the new key, plus an administrative charge.

Liability: We are unable to accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by the Company, its employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

Smoking: Smoking in rooms is strictly forbidden. All rooms are fitted with smoke detectors and if found to be tampered with or damaged will be treated with as damages as detailed above. In addition any fire brigade call out charges incurred as a result of contravention of this condition will be chargeable to the room occupant or group organiser.

Pets: With the exception of Guide Dogs pets are not are permitted. Requests for accompaniment by Guide Dog should be made prior to arrival.
