Booking Terms

Thank you for booking with Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation, the premium lettings agency for serviced apartments in Nell Gwynn House.

Here are some important details to ensure a smooth check in and a pleasant stay:

• Check-in is from 3pm and check-out time is 11am. If you will be arriving before 3pm, the porters will store your luggage securely until your apartment is ready.
• Our address is Nell Gwynn Chelsea Accommodation, Nell Gwynn House, Sloane Avenue, Chelsea London SW3 3AX. Please contact us if you would like us to arrange airport transfers. Nearest tubes are South Kensington and Sloane Square (8 mins walk).
• On arrival, please report to the Porter's desk in reception, give them your name and tell them that you are staying as guests of Nell Gwynn Accommodation Please bring the credit card that you made the booking with along with your proof of identification. Reception is open 24/7.
• Please note we reserve the right to pre-authorise £300 prior to your check-in. More information about pre-authorisations can be found here https://www.nellgwynnchelsea.london/about/
• Our license agreement can be found here https://www.nellgwynnchelsea.london/license-agreement/ and our privacy notice here https://www.nellgwynnchelsea.london/privacy-policy/ If you booked direct with us you will have read and accepted these terms at the time of booking. If you booked through an alternative booking platform, please read these terms. By proceeding with your booking, it is accepted that you have read, understood and agreed to them and you will sign these on arrival.
• Please note our cancellation terms: The guest may cancel the booking at any time up to 30 clear days before the commencement of the licence period. The total sum paid by the guest, less an administrative charge of £50 will be refunded to the guest through the same means, as was used by the guest to pay the amount due. This policy takes precedent over policies held by 3rd party booking platforms except in the case of non-refundable rates.
• Each apartment benefits from 1 free weekly clean and linen change every 8 days and our standard occupancy is two guests sharing a double bed. Please let us know if you would like an additional daily maid service or the use of the sofa bed if you have not already ordered it at booking. Any additional items, such as these will be charged separately from the accommodation cost.
