Booking Terms

Check-in is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out must be completed by 11am on
the day of departure.

Full payment is required before arrival and your exact dates will be determined by the type of
booking made. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and mobile payments.

Cancellations must be made 30 days or more prior to arrival for a full refund on rent and forfeit
their security deposit. Cancellations made between 7-30 days before arrival will receive a 50%
refund on rent and forfeit their security deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before
arrival will not receive a refund on rent and forfeit their security deposit. We understand that "life
happens," and will take into account extenuating circumstances. If you are staying with us and
would like to check out early, we require 30-days notice to avoid an early termination penalty.

The apartment is to be occupied only by the number of persons stated in your reservation.
Additional guests must be reported and approved by the Norton Property Services Team.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges will be assessed and
billed to the guest’s account or against the security deposit. Please use all amenities, including
furniture and appliances, with care. Any issues with amenities should be reported immediately.

For your security, please ensure that doors and windows are locked when you are not in the unit.

Norton Property Services is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, or loss of
personal belongings during your stay. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may
result in termination of your stay without refund. Norton Property Services reserves the right to
modify these terms and conditions at any time.
