**Please note we operate a meet and greet service as opposed to 24hr manned reception and therefore require an estimated check in time for all guests, could you please confirm when we can expect you? (between 2pm and 10pm).**

On your arrival, if we could ask you to please press buzzer 2 followed by “call” and you will be greeted by an Oakhill Apartments Representative. As you have booked an advance purchase booking, the payment will already have been taken and you will receive a copy of your receipt on check in (please ensure that you have the card you used to pay with you on check in). You will receive a short guided tour of your apartment and have the opportunity to ask any questions.

Please ensure you have read our terms and conditions (available on our website) prior to your arrival. Failure to adhere to these could result in your reservation being cancelled.

Should you experience any delay on your expected check-in time, we would be grateful if you could alert us in advance by calling 0131 555 5704 with an indication of your new arrival time (between 2 pm and 10 pm).
