Booking Terms
Before your check in date you will receive an email from us with important check in information that you will need to access the apartment building and your apartment. 

Check in and check out
Arrival time is after 15:00pm on the first day of the holiday and Departure time is before 10.00am on the last day of the holiday. Most of our apartments are accessible by key safe. It is important that you bring with you the instructions and key safe code that will be emailed to you before your arrival. 

Contacting us
Our office is open Mondays to Fridays from 09:00 to 17:00 UK time. We operate a 24 hour out of hours cover and the contact number will be given to you by email with your check-in and arrival instructions.

Booking more than 6 weeks (42 days) prior to arrival…
We ask for a 30% non-refundable deposit of the Total Cost of your booking. Your second payment (the remaining 70%) will be taken automatically from your registered card details 6 weeks prior to arrival unless you contact us immediately with other details. 

Booking 6 weeks (42 days) or less prior to arrival…
We will ask you to pay the Total Cost of your booking. 

Booking Confirmation Form
You will then receive an email with your booking details. 

Guest Lounge
You will be sent login details so you can access the Short Let Space Guest Lounge where you can input your arrival details, view your bookings and change your booking if you wish to extend your stay. 

Pre-Arrival Email
You will also receive an email where you will be informed of the property address, directions, manager’s details and you will be requested to inform us of your arrival details.
