Booking Terms

 

Thank you for your booking. The confirmation number above is your proof of this booking. By making this payment you have confirmed you are in agreement with our terms and conditions (see our website - Terms & Conditions - Holiday Lets or Terms & Conditions - Longer Lets). Please check this invoice and make sure all the details are correct and let us know if any amendments are required. We strongly recommend that all guests take out the necessary travel insurance to protect against cancellations.

Payments- Holiday Let/ Short Lets- Please note that we will automatically take 25% payment from your card at the point of booking and 75% one month prior to arrival. If you are booking within the month of arrival we take 100% payment from the card at the time of booking. Please note that your invoice will not be finalised until the day of check out. This invoice along with all deposits received can be viewed at your convenience by logging in to your guest lounge. Details of how you access the guest lounge have been sent to you in a separate email.

Payments- Longer Lets (4 weeks or more) 4 weeks rent plus damage deposit will be due on booking. A payment plan will be arranged for you to spread the cost of any outstanding balances. A debit card is required on record prior to arrival in order to deduct any additional charges and electricity fees where applicable. By making payment you are confirming your booking for all the dates that are documented above and are therefore financially committed to all of these dates. For further details on payment due dates please refer to your invoice in the guest lounge or contact us directly for assistance

Guest Lounge and Invoices- We have created an account for you to make it even easier to manage booking with us. In your guest lounge you will be able to view all your booking details, payments and print invoices. You will also be able to securely manage your contact details, credit card details and add any extras to your booking. You can access your account
 here, the password has been sent to you in a separate email.

Please note all add on services will be fully charged on confirmation of the order.

Should you need to change the card you wish to make future payments with please contact us immediately. If you wish to pay by Bank transfer is obligatory to inform us by email or telephone the latest 3 days before the payment is due. Without any notification from your side, the balance will be automatically debited from your debit/credit card, one month before your arrival.

A late payment may result in the cancellation of the booking without any notification
