Checking in

You collect your keys from the reception desk in the lobby. You can check in any time from 3pm - sometimes earlier - and of course you can leave your bags with us at reception anytime from 8.30am.

Although the Rotunda is staffed 24/7, our Guest Relations team finish at 10pm. It would be helpful to know if you are arriving after this time so we can ensure your check in with our building’s security is as smooth as possible.   

If you are travelling with children then do let us know, as we have a complimentary Cool for Kids package but we need a little advance notice with their name, age and gender.

 

Payment

Please bring with you a card for payment (or if you took advantage of our Advance Purchase Rates the card you used to pay online) and a form of valid photo ID. We are unable to accept cash payments. We can however accept payment by bank transfer if arranged in advance with our team. 

If you are staying in one of our Maxi or Penthouse apartments, we take a £250 security deposit, For our Mini and Clubman apartments the deposit is reduced to £125. This is taken on check-in as a pre-authorisation of your credit card or a refundable charge of a debit card. 

 

Cancellation

Your booking may be on either our Advance Purchase Rate (APR) or a Flex 48 rate terms. If in doubt, please do ask. The cancellation policies for which are:

Advance Purchase Rate – your booking is non-refundable. However, you may amend your dates up to three days prior to your arrival so, for example, if you are staying on a Saturday, you have until midnight on the Wednesday before to change your dates or cancel and keep the payment as a credit on your account until you have a new date. There is no limit on how many times you can change your stay dates.

Flex 48 - you can cancel or amend your booking at any time up to 48 hours before your check-in date with no charge (e.g. if you are staying on a Saturday, you have until midday on the Thursday to cancel). Thereafter, the cost of the first night's stay will be charged.

 

Food & Drink

It’s not too late to add some of our lovely Extras to your booking. A full list can be found online.

Payment for extras, including pre-booked orders, is always taken on arrival, never in advance. When ordering, we ask for at least 24 hours notice before your arrival to ensure we can have everything waiting for you in the apartment.

 

House Rules

The primary guest must be 21 or over. If you have made a booking and this is not the case, please do contact us.

Commercial filming or photography is not permitted without our prior consent.
