Please note, you may cancel or change this booking in accordance with the terms and conditions (see our website). The fee for the booking will be taken from your registered card details unless you contact us immediately with other details. If you have any questions, please contact us. Check-in is normally 4pm to 6pm, guests who wish to arrive for their holiday earlier than 4pm and after 6pm, please ring to arrange a time. Please remember that a holiday booking is a legal contract and that we may charge for the accommodation if you cancel unless it is re-let.

Trenderway Farm is a non-smoking establishment and is unsuitable for children.

At the end of their holiday, guests are kindly requested to vacate their rooms by 10.30am on day of departure or by prior arrangement.

Well behaved dogs are accepted in Acorn only by prior arrangement. A daily charge is levied and dog owners take responsibility for any damage caused directly or indirectly by their dogs. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times, must not be left alone in the room and must not be allowed on the furniture. Trenderway Farm is a working farm with livestock, our own four very sociable dogs and two cats (that like dogs). If you think that your dog is not safe with cattle, sheep, chickens, alpacas, other dogs or cats, please consider carefully whether this is a suitable environment into which to bring your dog.
