BOOKING TERMS Payment A credit card is needed to secure all reservations. The card will be charged prior to arrival and used to guarantee your reservation. Full payment will be taken on bookings for all special offers and non-refundable rates at the time of booking. This will not be refundable or transferable should your travel plans change. Please note that at the time of the booking, your card may be pre- authorised by £1.00. This is done for security and verification reasons. That £1.00 will be returned to your account once the pre- authorisation period ends (normally up to 14 days).
Check In/Out Please note that the earliest check in time is 14:00 and the latest check out time is 11:00. Additional fees (if applicable) as follows; Luggage drop off from 11:30 - free Early check in - 11:30 am to 2pm - £100 Late Check In - £30 after 18:00, £50.00 after 21:00 and £80.00 to check in after midnight. Late Check Out - 11am to 13:30pm Half Days Rate Late Check Out - 13:30pm to 6pm Full Days Rate
Smoking We operate a strict non-smoking policy in our apartments and any guest who does not adhere to this will be charged £100.00.
Damages We will charge guests for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
Parties/Gatherings Please note that all unregistered guests have to leave the premises by 22:00. Gatherings of persons over the amount of registered guests are not allowed. Parties are not allowed in the rooms at any time and may result in the Management requesting the guests to vacate the premises without refund. Guests who carry out parties will be fined £250 in addition to charges for any damage caused.
Pets No pets, other than registered guide dogs are permitted.
Extensions If you wish to extend a stay please give us as much notice as possible in order to facilitate your request. All extensions are subject to availability and rate change.
Storage and Guest Belongings Luggage storage is available at head office subject to availability. Items are left at the owners risk and no responsibility is taken for lost, stolen or broken items.
Our insurance does not cover the loss or damage of guest belongings. Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance in place prior to your arrival.
Apartment Types Whilst care is taken to ensure that the description of facilities and services of our apartments is accurate, these are continually being changed, upgraded, and on occasion taken out of service. If any feature/facility is essential for the guest in choosing a particular property, it is advisable that the guest checks this with the reservations team, prior to booking. We cannot be held liable for omissions or errors, whether temporary or permanent of a property's facilities and services. Property room photos may not be specific to actual room allocated. Photos are indicative only. Accommodation facilities listed may not apply to all room types. Any additional charges will be charges to the payment card provided for the accommodation charge. If we are unable to obtain payment we will pursue our damages through legal proceedings. UK law will apply.
