Booking Terms

Thank you for your booking. Your confirmation number, as above, is proof of your booking. Please note, cancellation of your booking must be done 24hrs in advance of check in unless you have booked under a non refundable booking and is stated in our terms and conditions. Please also note, that should you not provide a valid credit or debit card number to guarantee your booking the hotel may reserve the right to cancel your booking. Check in is from 3pm and check out is by 11am on the morning of your departure. Complimentary use of the Pool, Sauna, Steam Room, Hydropool and Gymnasium is available throughout your stay so don't forget your swim suit. There is also free wifi available across the Hotel. Important note:

We are currently not accepting cash payments at the Hotel. Please note that all bookings must be pre-paid prior to arrival; only debit or credit cards may be accepted for the foreseeable future.

During your stay, you will have complimentary access to our health and fitness facilities. All sessions for the gym and swimming pool, including the hydro pool and family sessions must be pre-booked at the hotel reception. Each gym session is limited to 60 minutes and swimming pool and wet spa visits are limited to 30 minutes. Multiple sessions can be booked throughout the day but spaces are subject to availability.
