Due to the popularity of our superb courses, we would ask you to book your tee times in advance of your stay. If you forget to pack your clubs, golf equipment is available to hire or purchase from our Pro shop.

The lodges and some of our hotel rooms are situated close to the championship golf course, routine course maintenance and grass cutting may occur from time to time. BBQ’s and open fires are not permitted. Lodge packages do not include a daily house-keeping service, although top up items are available via reception. You will be issued with two keys that will be given to the main organiser, if you require additional keys there will be a £5.00 per key deposit that you can pre-pay or will be charged to your room.

For your information dinner and breakfast are served in the Atrium Restaurant where a smarter dress code is requested, alternatively the Terrace, Bar & Grill is open daily for meals and refreshments.

Thank you for confirming your reservation with your credit/debit card, a payment or pre-authorisation will be taken on arrival. In the event you need to cancel we require you to give 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation charges being made. Please be aware that all prices are subject to change without notice.

When you enter Woodbury park please turn right and follow the Hotel Reception signs. Upon arrival please may you park your vehicle in Car Park B follo which is near to Hotel Reception throughout your stay. Vehicles and contents are left at owners risk.

Check in time is 2pm on day of arrival, should you wish to arrive earlier than this we will be happy to store your luggage until your room becomes available.
